Join us for our National Women's Health Week events beginning Sunday, May 13!

Sunday, May 13, 7 a.m.-4 p.m. - Mother's Day Breakfast and Lunch 
Breakfast Club and Pub, 214 Main St. La Crosse

Enjoy a Mother's Day breakfast or lunch at the Breakfast Club and Pub, a playful eatery featuring a 1980s vibe and John Hughes movie-inspired menu for breakfast and lunch grub. 10% of all sales will benefit Essential Health Clinic and a proclamation for National Women's Health Week will be read.

Tuesday, May 15, 5:30-6:30 p.m. - Yoga in the Street with Root Down Yoga Studio
Caledonia Street, La Crosse

Bring your yoga mat! Our partner, Root Down Yoga Studio, will be leading the hour long class IN THE STREET! Please bring one toiletry item (deodorant, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) as admission. These donations will support the women at New Horizons in La Crosse County and Brighter Tomorrows in Monroe County who have experienced domestic violence and/or sexual assault.

Thursday, May 17, 5:30-8:30 p.m. - Wine for Women's Health
Cedar Creek Country Club, 2600 Cedar Creek Lane, Onalaska

Unwind with us for our annual dinner event. Tickets are $40, which includes dinner and a glass of wine or soda. Sponsor a table of 8 for $400 and receive a reserved table, recognition at the table, and an additional glass of wine or soda. Come for the wonderful company, stay for the auction, raffle prizes, and door prizes, and feel good about supporting local women. All proceeds benefit Essential Health Clinic.

Friday, May 18, 7-9 p.m., Girls' Night In at Root Down: A Pelvic Floor Health Workshop 
Root Down Yoga Studio, 1217 Caledonia Street, La Crosse

Your pelvic floor is a powerful hammock of interconnected muscles that act together to stabilize your body and hold up your organs. Pelvic floor muscles are involved in many functions of daily life from breathing to elimination to sex. When these muscles are able to fully engage, fully release and coordinate well, all systems work better.

This workshop is for ALL women and will be relevant to you no matter what stage of life you're in. This is a great opportunity to connect with friends and have fun while learning about your body!

Saturday, May 19, 11 a.m.-12 p.m. - Poses and Pints 
Pearl Street Brewery, 1401 Saint Andrew Street, La Crosse

Yoga in a Brewery! Two great crafts coming together at one location! Sara Mae Yoga will be leading the class. All skill levels welcome for a fun and flowing yoga class. After class, enjoy a pint with fellow yogis and friends! (21+). No reservation required. Bring your own yoga mat/towel. (Rental mats available for $2.)

$10 per person = 1 hour session + 1 pint of brew. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Essential Health Clinic.
