National Women's Health Week is Coming Up!

This year, National Women's Health Week is being observed May 14-20, 2017.

Join us for Health Essentials and Yoga on Tuesday, May 16, from 4-7 p.m. at Copeland Park. Root Down Yoga Studio will be leading an hour long yoga class starting at 5 p.m. for all skill levels, under the shelter at the park. The event is a GO Rain or Shine!

Following yoga, we will have an educational session provided by local physical therapist, Jill O'Brien, who specializes in pelvic health.

Join us throughout the evening, beginning at 4 p.m. for a mini-health fair with many community agencies and partners representing services that they provide.

Thursday, May 18 is Essential Health Clinic's big fundraiser, Wine for Women's Health. Join us at the Days Inn on French Island for dinner, presenting the Dr. Rick Renwick Champion of Reproductive Health Award, raffles, live auctions, and silent auctions!

Tickets for this event are $25 and include dinner and a glass of wine. You can also get together with some friends to sponsor a table for $300 – which will includes dinner and a glass of wine for eight people, plus two bottles of wine on the table, and a recognition for your sponsorship!
